By using ReserveEZ, a product of Errand Easy, you agree to the following terms.
Platform Role
ReserveEZ provides a reservation management platform. We do not own, operate, or manage participating restaurants. All dining services are provided solely by the restaurant.
User Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Honor reservations
- Comply with restaurant policies
Restaurants agree to:
- Provide accurate availability
- Honor confirmed reservations
- Maintain lawful business operations
Deposits & Refunds
Deposit policies are determined by each restaurant. Refund eligibility is governed by the restaurant's cancellation policy. ReserveEZ is not responsible for disputes regarding dining experiences.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Misuse
- Violation of terms
Limitation of Liability
ReserveEZ is not liable for:
- Restaurant service quality
- Food quality
- Guest conduct
- Business losses due to operational decisions
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
